American Global Solutions didn't start as a holding company. It started as a single product, then a second, then a service to support both. Today it's a deliberately structured group — every brand earned its place.
PowerGow is born — a CRM built for real operators, not enterprise procurement teams.
The original product was designed to solve a specific frustration: business management tools that were either too expensive for SMBs or too primitive to scale. PowerGow CRM became the foundation everything else would extend from.
New products launch around adjacent problems — messaging, loyalty, e-learning, networking.
As customers asked for more, we built more — but as standalone products, each with its own brand and team. WaSaaS, GowCard, Bioteralonline, MabuniThinkTank, Gowpon, and GowPlace joined the family, each owned by the same parent but free to evolve independently.
American Global Solutions LLC is incorporated in Wyoming as the parent for the entire group.
Consolidating every brand under one US legal entity gave the group a stable jurisdiction, predictable tax treatment, and the institutional credibility our customers — many of them international — needed from a long-term software vendor.
We add four service brands — AmericanLLC, PowerGow Agency, GooTeck, and GowPartner.
Software alone wasn't enough for many of our customers. They needed help incorporating in the US, building a digital presence, getting a real phone system, and finding partners. So we built those services in-house, under brands that operate as independently as our products do.
