- SaaS subscriptions purchased through our product portfolio (PowerGow CRM, WaSaaS, GowCard, Bioteralonline, MabuniThinkTank, Gowpon, GowPlace)
- Professional services delivered by AmericanLLC, PowerGow Agency, GooTeck, and GowPartner
- One-time purchases, setup fees, and add-ons sold through our domains
Specific products may have additional refund terms outlined in their respective service agreements; those terms prevail in case of conflict.
03SaaS Subscriptions
For monthly and annual subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused time within a billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund only if requested within 14 days of the original purchase date and only if the service has not been substantially used.
04Professional Services
For project-based and consulting services:
- Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project at the time of the request and on the terms of your service agreement.
- Setup fees, custom development, and any work already delivered or in progress are non-refundable.
- If a project is canceled before work begins, we will refund any unused portion of pre-paid fees.
05Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Domain registrations and third-party licenses purchased on your behalf
- Government, registered agent, and state filing fees (including those processed through AmericanLLC)
- Services that have already been delivered or substantially performed
- Discounted, promotional, or "final sale" purchases
- Custom work where the deliverable has been accepted
06How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email contact@americanglobalsolutions.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, the email associated with the purchase, the product or service, the order or invoice number, and the reason for the request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
07Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, we ask that you contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
